qjok Terms & Conditions

By accessing the qjok website, clicking any "I Agree" or registration checkbox, or by depositing funds and placing a wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with qjok on the terms set out in this document. This Agreement supersedes all prior communications, representations, and understandings between you and qjok relating to your use of the Service.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the qjok Service, including but not limited to: account registration, deposit and withdrawal of funds, participation in casino games, sports and cricket betting, participation in bonuses and promotions, use of responsible gaming tools, and all interactions with qjok's customer support team.

qjok may issue supplementary terms and conditions for specific products, promotions, or tournaments (for example, a BPL enhanced-odds promotion or a welcome bonus offer). Such supplementary terms are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between supplementary terms and these general Terms, the supplementary terms shall prevail in relation to that specific product or promotion.

Use of the qjok Service is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Service:

• You are at least 18 years of age. qjok is strictly an adult platform. Players under the age of 18 are categorically prohibited from registering or playing.
• You are accessing the Service as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by qjok or any recognised responsible-gaming body that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You have not previously had a qjok account terminated for cause, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited or restricted under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

qjok takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If you suspect that a person under the age of 18 is accessing or has accessed the qjok Service, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Parental controls and content-filtering software are recommended for households where minors have access to internet-enabled devices.

To access the full range of qjok Services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method.

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent update is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and winnings, and forfeiture of any account balance.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active qjok account at any time. If qjok determines that a player holds or has held multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — qjok reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets and bonus claims, and recover any withdrawals processed from duplicate accounts.

Account security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your qjok account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. qjok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qjok immediately at [email protected] so that an emergency account freeze can be applied.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: qjok applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with its internal compliance policies. You may be asked to submit identity documents (national ID, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet) before a withdrawal can be processed. qjok's standard KYC review period is one to three business days from receipt of complete documentation.

Account closure by player: You may request the closure of your qjok account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised. Account closure is distinct from self-exclusion; if you are closing your account due to concerns about gambling behaviour, please request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools page instead.

All financial transactions on qjok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qjok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on qjok is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by qjok, although your chosen payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposit processing: bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your qjok account balance in real time under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. During periods of peak usage (such as the evening of a major BPL match), processing times may be marginally longer. qjok is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or network congestion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed by qjok within one business hour. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically arrive in the player's mobile wallet within 15 to 60 minutes after processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days to clear depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals requested during Bangladesh public holidays (including Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Victory Day, Independence Day, and Pohela Boishakh) may experience slight delays.

Withdrawal conditions: Funds deposited via a specific payment method must, where technically feasible, be withdrawn to the same method (return-to-source policy). Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. qjok reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000.

No third-party transactions: You may not deposit funds from a payment account held in another person's name. All funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name and matching your qjok account identity. Third-party deposits are subject to immediate reversal and may trigger an account review.

qjok offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first deposit via bKash or Nagad, weekly reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free-spin packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Ramadan, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures.

All bonuses are subject to supplementary terms that specify, at minimum, the eligible payment methods, minimum qualifying deposit amount, wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, for example 30x), time limit for satisfying the wagering requirement, maximum bet size while a wagering requirement is active, and eligible games or markets. These supplementary terms are published alongside each bonus offer and are incorporated into this Agreement.

Wagering requirements: Until the applicable wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories (for example, live baccarat, roulette, or progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate towards satisfying a wagering requirement. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the supplementary bonus terms.

Bonus abuse: qjok employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements (so-called "bonus laundering"), and sharing bonus codes not intended for public distribution. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

Right to withdraw promotions: qjok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal are honoured on their existing terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qjok platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities as appropriate.

• Fraud and deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Money laundering: Using the qjok platform to deposit, layer, or extract funds derived from illegal activity. qjok complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Communicating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker, or sports betting markets, including but not limited to sharing hole cards, coordinating bets to exploit bonus terms, or deliberately losing to transfer funds between accounts.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting systems, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the qjok platform in a manner not consistent with manual, personal play.
• Account sharing: Sharing your qjok account login credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to place bets or conduct transactions on your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in respect of a legitimate qjok deposit without first contacting qjok support to resolve the matter. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards qjok staff, support agents, or other players in any live chat, email, or other communication channel.

qjok employs dedicated risk and fraud monitoring teams who review player activity on an ongoing basis. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be notified by email where practicable, but qjok reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice where the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players requires it.

All content published on the qjok platform — including but not limited to the qjok brand name, logo, website design, graphical user interface, written content, promotional materials, software, source code, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of qjok or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qjok platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the qjok platform without express prior written consent from qjok.

Game content served on qjok (including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live dealer streams from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash game content from Spribe) is owned by the respective game studios and is licensed to qjok for distribution. All intellectual property rights in those game titles vest in and remain with the relevant studio. qjok makes no representation of ownership over third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of qjok intellectual property — including scraping the website, reproducing the qjok brand mark without permission, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform software — may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qjok, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the qjok Service, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or failure of third-party payment providers to process transactions.

qjok makes the Service available on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. qjok does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. While qjok applies 256-bit SSL encryption and rigorous security practices, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and qjok cannot guarantee absolute data security.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that results in a bet being placed or settled incorrectly, qjok reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake to the player's account balance. qjok's liability in such cases is strictly limited to the return of the stake amount and does not extend to any consequential losses or foregone winnings.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude qjok's liability for death or personal injury caused by qjok's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By continuing to use the qjok Service, you confirm that you have read and understood all eight sections of these Terms & Conditions, that you accept them unconditionally, and that you are at least 18 years of age.
